By booking a walkthrough or inquiring about a suite at THE SUITES - Moline (Avenue of the Cities), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All walkthroughs are by appointment only.
You must provide accurate contact details when booking.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Repeated no-shows may result in a block from future scheduling.
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive updates via email, SMS, or phone regarding your appointment, suite availability, or leasing status.
You may opt out of marketing communication at any time. However, transactional messages related to bookings or leasing may still be sent.
Booking a walkthrough does not guarantee availability or hold a specific suite.
Suites are offered on a first-come, first-served basis after lease approval and deposit.
